Terms of Service

By accessing or using RallyHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Service Description

RallyHub is a pickleball-focused application designed to help players record matches, track game history, connect with other players, and explore community-driven features such as venues, profiles, events, and achievements.

RallyHub is currently offered in an Early Access phase. Features, functionality, and data structures are actively evolving and may change as the Service continues to develop.

2. Early Access Status and Data Volatility

You acknowledge and agree that RallyHub is in an Early Access phase and is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis.

During this phase:

  • Data you submit (including profiles, match records, venues, events, achievements, and related metadata) may be modified, migrated, anonymized, reset, or deleted as the Service evolves.
  • RallyHub does not guarantee the long-term persistence or availability of any data created during the Early Access period.
  • Some or all Early Access data may not carry over to future versions of the Service.

By using RallyHub during Early Access, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

3. Eligibility and Accounts

You may use RallyHub with or without creating an account, depending on feature availability. Certain features may require authentication.

If you create an account, you are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information where required
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • All activity conducted through your account

RallyHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the Service.

4. Account Deletion and Data Control

RallyHub provides an in-app Delete Account feature that allows users to permanently delete their account.

When you choose to delete your account:

  • Your account credentials will be removed.
  • Your profile data will be deleted or anonymized so it can no longer be associated with you.
  • Certain community-generated or historical data (such as match participation or venue activity) may remain in anonymized form to preserve the integrity of community records.

Account deletion is irreversible. Once completed, your account and associated personal data cannot be recovered.

5. User Content and Community Contributions

You may submit content such as match results, profile information, venue details, event participation, and other community-driven data ("User Content").

By submitting User Content, you grant RallyHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute that content solely for the purpose of operating, maintaining, and improving the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

  • Is false, misleading, or intentionally inaccurate
  • Violates applicable laws or regulations
  • Infringes on the rights of others
  • Is abusive, harmful, or inappropriate

6. No Guarantee of Accuracy or Rankings

RallyHub does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of:

  • Match results
  • Player statistics
  • Verification status
  • Leaderboards, rankings, or achievements

All information is community-generated and provided for informational and recreational purposes only.

7. Service Availability and Changes

RallyHub may:

  • Modify, add, or remove features at any time
  • Introduce new features subject to additional terms
  • Experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or error-free operation.

8. Feedback

If you provide feedback, suggestions, or ideas regarding RallyHub, you agree that RallyHub may use such feedback without restriction or compensation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RallyHub shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data or loss of access.

10. Termination

You may stop using RallyHub at any time.

RallyHub may suspend or terminate access to the Service at its discretion, including for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after any changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
